Three perspectives on one introduction

Before publishing an AI-assisted Tap Tap Go profile, ask three questions: is it accurate, is it appropriate for this audience, and is the next step clear? Those questions cover different risks. A sentence can be factually correct but too private for a public introduction. A beautiful profile can also leave visitors unsure how to contact the right person. Assign the review to people who can answer the questions rather than asking everyone to comment on everything.

Keep approval specific and lightweight

Give reviewers the proposed final view, not disconnected paragraphs. Ask them to flag the exact statement or destination that needs attention and explain why. Resolve conflicting suggestions through the profile owner rather than combining every edit. Confirm that the final text still matches the approved brief after design changes. Keep a record of material approval decisions through your normal process, and verify the live profile once published. AI assistance can accelerate drafting; human accountability makes the introduction dependable.

Imagine this

Hypothetical example

A founder prepares a profile for a corporate event. A colleague checks factual claims, the founder reviews privacy choices and an outsider tests the enquiry route. The review catches an outdated title and a confusing button before the profile is shared with new contacts.

Make it practical.
