What the person actually told you

A Tap Tap Go lead journey may begin with a profile visit, an introduction or an explicit enquiry. When using intended scoring assistance, work from relevant information the person has chosen to share and the legitimate context of the interaction. Do not ask an assistant to infer wealth, health, ethnicity, religion or other private traits from a name, photograph or writing style. Such guesses do not provide a reliable basis for deciding how to treat a business enquiry.

Build a narrow review brief

Describe the service fit, requested action, timing and information needed to respond. Ask the assistant to identify relevant questions rather than fill gaps with assumptions about the person. Have the team review any proposed priority against those same criteria. If a detail is not necessary to assess the request, leave it out of the scoring brief. Keep the final action with an authorised person, and confirm how the current product handles the data before introducing additional sources.

Imagine this

Hypothetical example

A team receives an enquiry from someone whose profile contains little personal information. Instead of asking AI to estimate their resources, the salesperson reviews the stated project and asks a relevant scope question. The conversation progresses on business substance rather than an unsupported personal inference.

Make it practical.
