The smallest useful picture

Tap Tap Go’s intended lead-scoring and CRM assistance should be used with a defined question. If the task is to suggest a next step for a new enquiry, the assistant may need the stated request, relevant product scope and agreed contact context. It does not automatically need every historic email, private note or unrelated customer document. Start with the information necessary for the decision rather than copying a complete relationship archive into the workflow.

Add detail only when it changes the decision

Review the first suggestion and identify any genuinely missing context. Supply additional approved information selectively, keeping sensitive or unrelated material out. Confirm the current product and provider’s data-handling arrangements before using non-public information. Have a person review the result against the source and decide the action. This approach also makes errors easier to diagnose: a concise brief shows which facts supported the suggestion and which assumptions the assistant may have introduced without permission.

Imagine this

Hypothetical example

A salesperson asks for help preparing the next step after a team-profile enquiry. They provide the current request and approved service scope, not the prospect’s entire correspondence history. The assistant proposes a few clarification questions, which the salesperson reviews before sending one concise reply manually.

Make it practical.
