Separate the states
Tap Tap Go’s product vision includes membership cards, loyalty programmes and event check-in. These features can work together, but a membership label does not automatically establish entry to every event. The organiser must define the relationship between membership, ticket purchase and the specific access being checked.
Prepare the arrival experience
Before promoting a benefit, explain what the member needs to do and what staff will verify. Avoid a vague promise of access that leaves the door team interpreting the programme in front of a queue. Confirm the actual configuration and provide a route for resolving an unclear record.
Make recognition feel premium
A clear welcome can acknowledge membership without overstating what it includes. If the benefit concerns a particular session, service or event, describe that scope. Customers feel respected when the experience matches the invitation, even when different entitlements are handled separately.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a member presents a Tap Tap Go-linked membership identity at an event. Their membership is recognised, but the workshop they want to enter requires a separate booking. Clear pre-event information and staff guidance prevent the recognition moment from becoming a disappointing argument about an assumed benefit.
Make it practical.
