Explain the qualifying path
Tap Tap Go tiers and challenges have mechanics defined by their individual programme terms. If a tier depends on purchases or activity, state the relevant rule clearly. Do not imply that every product action contributes, or that participants should spend simply because a progress indicator is close to a threshold.
Keep customer value central
The member’s original reason to use the ecosystem should remain visible. Profile preparation, relevant introductions and useful services can create value independently of status. An organiser should consider whether a threshold encourages the intended behaviour or merely produces transactions that customers later regret.
Support an informed choice
Provide accurate information about the next tier without manufactured urgency or an unverified monetary value. Members can decide that the additional benefit is not worth the effort or spending. A trustworthy premium programme leaves that decision open instead of treating every incomplete progress bar as a problem to be solved.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a member considers an extra purchase only to reach a programme tier. They should compare the actual benefit with the cost and whether they need the product. The programme’s status label is not, by itself, evidence that the purchase improves their financial position.
Make it practical.
