Keep the authority boundary

Tap Tap Go loyalty tiers may recognise defined participation, while financial features depend on applicable provider and programme conditions. A higher tier should not be described as automatically raising a virtual-card limit, approving an account or removing eligibility requirements unless a confirmed arrangement explicitly establishes that relationship.

Explain each status separately

When members ask about financial access, use the relevant service information rather than the prestige of a programme label. A connected app experience can still make distinct decisions clear. This prevents customers from relying on an assumed limit or permission during an actual payment journey.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a member reaches a new engagement tier and asks whether they can spend more through a separate USD virtual-card service. The tier alone does not answer that question. The customer needs the provider’s actual applicable access and limit information.

Make it practical.
