Trace the concession

In a Tap Tap Go reseller or partner offer, confirm whether the discount comes from the seller’s margin, a sponsor contribution or another agreed arrangement. Do not assume the platform funds every local promotion. The source of the concession matters to the programme’s sustainability and reporting.

Keep the customer offer consistent

The buyer should receive a clear confirmed price and package, regardless of internal allocation. Partners should reconcile the commercial arrangement separately rather than presenting an unapproved discount and hoping another party will cover it later.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a reseller reduces a product price by an illustrative $25 from its own retained share. Across 40 orders, the concession totals $1,000. That is the reseller’s defined promotional cost in this example, not an automatic platform-funded reward.

Make it practical.
