Explain the three-party journey
A Tap Tap Go programme may involve the platform, a participating business and the member. If a sponsor supports a particular benefit, identify its role without implying that it endorses every product feature. The participant needs to know the specific offer and the organisation responsible for delivery.
Keep funding and entitlement separate
A sponsorship budget does not automatically create a benefit for every user. Qualification, availability and fulfilment must come from the actual programme terms. Avoid presenting the total sponsor contribution as money distributed to participants or as evidence of earnings they can expect.
Prepare for limited scope
Clarify what happens if an offer period ends or a particular benefit becomes unavailable, following the agreed programme process. The publication cannot invent replacement rights or guarantees. A well-designed explanation gives members a reliable route for questions while keeping the sponsor’s commercial arrangement distinct from their own eligibility.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a business supports a programme featuring a limited series of learning sessions. Its contribution funds the programme’s operation, but it does not mean every member receives a cash share. Participants need the actual booking and qualification information to understand the offer.
Make it practical.
