Give the complete answer first
Provide the approved explanation and the actual customer question. Ask the assistant to produce a short response that preserves material conditions and identifies where further detail is available. Avoid generating an answer from the question alone when product facts are missing. The purpose is to improve expression, not to let the assistant decide current availability or programme terms.
Check the reader’s likely interpretation
Read the answer as someone unfamiliar with the product. Does it sound universal when the original was conditional? Does it imply instant activation when the source described a review? Restore necessary distinctions in plain language. A concise answer is useful only when the reader can act on it without being misled by what was omitted.
Hypothetical scenario
A hypothetical team condenses a long explanation about profile administration. The reviewer restores the condition that responsibilities depend on the account setup, preventing the short FAQ from implying identical permissions for every organisation.
Make it practical.
