Organise around the session’s questions
Include a concise summary, relevant resources and any promised follow-up material. If a recording is available, label its subject and explain where useful sections can be found. Do not turn the page into an unrelated product catalogue. The attendee should recognise the session they joined and find the practical next step that was discussed. Correct any errors identified after the live presentation.
Support different levels of interest
Some attendees want a checklist, others a deeper explanation and others a conversation. Provide those paths without presenting every visitor as a sales-ready lead. Keep the page current if links or references change. If the recording includes participants, handle publication according to the permissions and expectations established for the event. The resource page should extend the value of the session while respecting its context.
Hypothetical example
A hypothetical webinar on team profile consistency ends with a resource page containing a rollout checklist, a short glossary and an optional enquiry route. Attendees can apply the checklist without booking a call, while teams with a specific deployment question can request further discussion.
