Make movement legible

Dhawal Laheri’s ambition to connect payments with professional activity creates a demand for clear progress explanations. Proposed European services would involve partners, and different stages could belong to different organisations. A single interface should not erase those boundaries; it should explain enough of them for a customer to know what is happening.

Useful waiting

For future SEPA transfers, which remain coming soon, the customer question may be simpler than technical infrastructure: has my request been accepted, is anything needed from me, and where can I ask for help? Status information should describe evidence rather than imply completion prematurely. A calm explanation can be more valuable than an animated line moving across a screen.

Imagine this

Hypothetical scenario

Hypothetically, a business submits a future eligible transfer before a supplier deadline. It needs an honest current status, not a decorative indication that everything is finished.

Make it practical.
