From individual comments to useful themes

Tap Tap Go’s profile model includes Google Reviews display. If an AI assistant helps prepare surrounding copy or organise review themes, keep the original comments available for comparison. Distinguish a direct quotation from your summary of several comments. The assistant should not turn praise for one service into an endorsement of a different feature, or imply that selected positive comments represent every customer’s experience.

Preserve context in the final wording

Provide only material you are permitted to use and tell the assistant which service and period the comments concern. Review the proposed themes against the underlying feedback, including relevant qualifications. Avoid invented ratings, counts or claims of consensus. If the sample is small or selectively chosen, describe it accordingly. Keep the displayed reviews and the editorial summary visually distinct so readers can tell which words came from customers and which interpretation was prepared by the profile owner.

Imagine this

Hypothetical example

A professional notices several reviews praising clear communication during a workshop. Their assistant suggests a concise description of that theme. The owner labels it as a summary of selected workshop feedback, keeps quotations separate and removes a proposed claim about unrelated payment services.

Make it practical.
