Keep two relationships visible

An eligible virtual-card purchase concerns the financial route, while the merchant's service agreement defines the subscription. Even where a programme supports a recurring purchase, the card feature should not be presented as automatically cancelling the underlying service when a credential changes or a payment cannot complete.

Explain the actual product scope

Confirm supported use and relevant controls through current provider information. The customer should manage the merchant relationship through its proper process rather than assume the financial tool decides every contractual question.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical software relationship, a user considers paying through the eligible USD virtual Visa feature. Later, if the user wants to stop the service, the merchant's cancellation process remains relevant. The product explanation keeps that responsibility visible instead of suggesting that changing a payment route alone ends the agreement.

Make it practical.
