Use labels that preserve meaning

Points, programme status and financial balances should not be presented as interchangeable values. Any relationship between rewards and a wallet feature must follow actual programme terms. Avoid converting an illustrative reward total into USD virtual Visa spending or Go Cash value without a confirmed supported arrangement.

Make the next action explicit

Explain where the participant can check qualification and any available redemption process. A lively programme can motivate participation without promising automatic cash, guaranteed earnings or access to a financial product based solely on a displayed score.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical programme screen, a participant sees a reward total after qualifying activity. The explanation identifies it as programme information and directs the participant to the actual terms. The visual does not imply that the number is immediately spendable through USD virtual Visa or automatically deposited into Go Cash.

Make it practical.
