Capture what was actually agreed
After a meeting, the parties may understand the service but still need a written scope or confirmation. Use the profile and appropriate documents to preserve that context before sharing the relevant financial route. A memorable physical card introduction does not replace the agreement or establish that the buyer accepted every later condition.
Make the handoff recognisable
Refer to the actual conversation and offer, then direct the customer through the supported process. Keep the amount, seller and next step clear enough that the buyer can review them independently after leaving the meeting.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical business meeting, a consultant introduces her work through Tap Tap Go and discusses a defined workshop. Afterwards, she sends the agreed scope and appropriate payment route. The client can recognise the conversation and review the commitment calmly, rather than treating the physical introduction as automatic agreement to a purchase.
Make it practical.
