Name what the member receives
A membership offer should describe the applicable benefits, duration and activation process without inventing universal programme terms. The financial route concerns the purchase; the organiser's membership configuration determines the entitlement. A payment record alone should not be presented as proof that every access privilege is already active or that all organisers use identical rules.
Connect the two moments deliberately
Give the member a clear explanation of how the appropriate confirmation leads to the next membership step. If review or organiser action is needed, say so rather than showing an animation that implies instant universal access.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical club programme, a new member completes the applicable purchase process and then receives instructions for the organiser's activation step. The story explains both moments. The member is not left assuming that a financial confirmation alone establishes every membership benefit, guest privilege or event access condition.
Make it practical.
