Use the ambition carefully
A modern financial interface can make services feel connected, but the regulated roles still belong to the relevant licensed or authorised providers. Tap Tap Go's proposed role concerns the platform, experience and distribution within the confirmed arrangement. The language should explain that structure rather than let a familiar fintech label carry an inaccurate legal implication.
Make responsibility visible to the reader
State which planned capability is being discussed and where actual programme details will be confirmed. No universal customer access or firm activation date should be inferred from the style of the interface.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical future investor presentation, the team would describe a neobanking-style customer experience and separately explain the licensed partners' roles. The audience could appreciate the product ambition without assuming Tap Tap Go has acquired a banking licence or that the proposed European capabilities are already active for every customer.
Make it practical.
