Build the smallest useful pack
For a planned euro-transfer enquiry, identify the invoice, provider reference, amount, relevant dates and precise question. Include only evidence that helps explain the issue. A concise pack gives the support team a coherent starting point and reduces the temptation to share an entire account screen simply because it is easy to capture.
Control additions
Name a person who may respond if the provider requests further information through its approved process. Keep extra documents attached to the same enquiry rather than starting parallel conversations with different facts. Tap Tap Go’s proposed SEPA access is coming soon; this is preparation for a supported investigation workflow, not a claim about a particular dispute or recovery service.
An illustrative future scenario
In an illustrative case, a business cannot match a supplier’s reported receipt to its own future record. It sends the transaction reference and invoice context through the confirmed support route, keeping other client receipts out of the pack.
Make it practical.
