Write the milestone amounts

For a staged project, identify the currency and amount agreed for each deliverable before discussing future payment convenience. If the commercial terms change, record the revised agreement rather than allowing the funding route to change the obligation silently. Keep the customer-facing schedule readable and aligned with the authorised project record.

Evaluate one stage at a time

Ask whether the proposed receiving arrangement supports the actual customer, recipient and payment purpose. Avoid assuming all later stages are covered because one small pilot fits. Tap Tap Go’s SEPA and vIBAN services are coming soon; actual access and financial terms would need confirmation before the new route becomes part of an agreed collection plan.

Imagine this

An illustrative future scenario

Consider a video producer planning a deposit, filming payment and delivery payment. The team keeps the agreed euro milestones fixed in the project record, then evaluates the future collection route for each obligation instead of letting a conversion preview rewrite the schedule.

Make it practical.
