Separate preparation and decision
Identify who gathers quote information, who checks the commercial obligation and who has authority to approve the intended conversion. A colleague may be skilled at sourcing information without being authorised to commit the business. Write those roles clearly in your own process rather than assuming a future app screen will decide them.
Check actual programme controls
Ask what customer roles and approval capabilities the eventual provider arrangement supports. Do not claim that Tap Tap Go already offers a particular multi-user financial approval tool. Crypto-to-bank is a coming-soon partner-led proposal, so preparation should include a gap review between internal governance needs and whatever confirmed controls become available.
An illustrative future scenario
Consider a founder asking an operations colleague to research a future euro supplier route. The colleague prepares the options, while the founder remains responsible for the financial decision. The team records that separation instead of passing access credentials around to make approval convenient.
Make it practical.
