Name the first user task

Choose the customer type and financial task the workshop is actually examining. A freelancer collecting an invoice and a company paying suppliers may require different programme answers. The meeting should produce a clear list of segment-specific questions, rather than a broad declaration that a whole country is ready for every service.

Keep commercial interest separate

Interest from a territory partner can support distribution planning, but it does not establish financial-service eligibility. Ask the appointed providers about the proposed customer arrangement and intended route. Tap Tap Go’s vIBAN, SEPA and hybrid expansion are coming soon; no workshop result should be described as a country launch unless the necessary service access is actually confirmed.

Imagine this

An illustrative future scenario

Picture a future partner session focusing on independent consultants receiving agreed euro fees. The team records questions for that use case and avoids extending the answers to corporate treasury or unrelated cross-border tasks that were never discussed.

Make it practical.
