Describe the help needed
A Tap Tap Go customer might need a basic setup explanation, a structured team rollout or repeated content-administration support. These are not identical service requests. Identify the work before comparing plans, and ask which assistance is included in the current package or separately provided.
Keep provider roles clear
A reseller may offer local training while the platform provides another support route. Do not assume one fee covers unlimited help from every party. A clear responsibility map lets the customer choose the right contact and assess the offer based on the assistance they actually need.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a company needs someone to prepare employee content as well as explain the platform. The quote should distinguish content-production work from product support. Otherwise the customer may buy access while expecting a managed service that nobody has agreed to deliver.
Make it practical.
