Label the test purpose
Before rehearsing a Tap Tap Go referral or challenge flow, identify the authorised test process. Sample accounts and internal demonstrations can help teams understand the journey. They should not be used to create apparent customer demand or to claim rewards intended for qualifying participation.
Keep reporting clean
Record which activity was part of a rehearsal and follow the programme’s treatment of test events. A successful demonstration establishes that a particular process was exercised, not that a new customer joined. Separate test outcomes from production participation when reviewing programme performance or preparing commercial materials.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a partner rehearses an invitation journey with colleagues before an event. The rehearsal can reveal confusing instructions. Its internal activity should not be presented as newly acquired customers or a real campaign earning unless the programme explicitly defines otherwise.
Make it practical.
