Define the local role

A Tap Tap Go distributor should know whether it receives the customer’s report, inspects the physical item or routes the case centrally. The actual offer and support process determine the response. Do not promise an immediate replacement or a particular entitlement that has not been confirmed.

Keep digital continuity in view

A physical issue may coexist with an active profile and programme records. Ask how the supported process preserves the relevant digital journey. Avoid treating replacement as a reason to create duplicate accounts or move personal programme history without authorisation.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a customer reports physical damage after delivery. The local partner records the issue and follows the agreed support route. It does not automatically open a new subscription or promise that every separate financial service will transfer with a replacement card.

Make it practical.
