Map the affected offers

A Tap Tap Go-enabled experience may combine an event booking, membership recognition and a physical card. If the event changes, identify which component is affected. The actual commercial and programme terms govern each relationship; one cancellation should not be used to infer a universal outcome for all of them.

Communicate through the right owner

The organiser should explain the event decision and the relevant support route. Product or separate programme questions may need another team. Customers benefit from a concise map of responsibility rather than being told that every issue belongs to the same cancellation notice.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a conference is cancelled after members receive cards as part of a package. The event’s treatment and the product arrangement need separate clarification. The cancellation alone does not establish whether every associated service continues, ends or changes.

Make it practical.
