Start with the customer’s terms

A Tap Tap Go account may have been arranged under a particular commercial offer. When new plans are introduced, compare the current customer arrangement with the proposed option rather than treating a new marketing page as an automatic change to every account.

Ask about migration explicitly

Confirm whether a change is available, what scope it affects and how existing content or responsibilities are handled. Do not invent grandfathering, automatic upgrades or permanent privileges. The useful question is what the actual transition offers this customer, not which plan name sounds newer or more premium.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a corporate customer sees a newly advertised package and assumes it has already gained all associated features. The account owner checks the confirmed arrangement and any available transition route before changing staff instructions or promising new capabilities to customers.

Make it practical.

Use this checklist as you read. Checks are not stored.
