Identify the real occasion
Ask participants to describe a recurring situation: a client introduction, an event conversation or a request for project material. Map the relevant profile or showcase journey to that situation. If someone cannot identify a useful occasion, explore why. Their work may not currently involve the task, or another person may own it. Do not manufacture a need simply to complete the exercise.
Leave with a selective plan
Create three choices: try now, revisit later or not relevant to this role. Attach a reason to each. A customer can understand the ecosystem without using every feature. The workshop becomes more credible when the facilitator accepts a considered no-fit answer and concentrates effort on the workflow the participant actually wants to improve.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, an operations employee rarely meets external clients but regularly shares approved supplier information. They choose to practise that specific profile journey and leave public networking activities aside. The programme supports their work rather than pushing a uniform adoption checklist.
