Make the demonstration about learning
A trainer can use a profile to present an approved sample lesson or fictional workflow. Explain what participants are practising and what support the training offers. A made-up example can reveal the teaching method without exposing patient information or internal system details from a real client.
Keep demonstrations separate from system access
Do not imply that a profile grants software permissions or integrates automatically with clinical systems. Route implementation enquiries through an appropriate professional channel. Tap Tap Go supports the trainer’s identity and portfolio; actual access, configuration and training responsibilities remain part of a separately agreed organisational process.
A hypothetical scene
A hypothetical trainer meets a hospital learning manager. The profile shows a fictional exercise about locating information in a demonstration environment. They discuss training needs without sharing live records or assuming that the introduction authorises access to the hospital’s systems.
Make it practical.
