Orient the reader immediately
A Tap Tap Go profile may link to a long deck, report or brochure. The file should identify its audience and explain how it is organised. Add a concise contents guide or section overview appropriate to the format. Do not assume the recipient will begin at the first page and read continuously. A busy colleague may receive the document later with only a brief message and need one specific answer.
Connect sections to decisions
Name sections according to the questions they address. An executive overview, implementation explanation and technical appendix serve different purposes. Help readers distinguish them without implying that a summary replaces the detail required for a serious decision. Keep the document’s contact route and version visible. The profile remains the entry point, but the resource should work as a coherent object after it leaves that context.
Hypothetical scenario
A hypothetical corporate overview includes a short guide directing administrators to the rollout section and managers to the responsibilities section. A reader forwarded the PDF can navigate independently. They do not need the original presenter to explain where the relevant information is hidden.
