Give the assistant a bounded source
The content-assistance feature model can support portfolio captions. Supply the project’s purpose, your role, the visible deliverable and the information approved for publication. Tell the assistant which outcomes were not measured or cannot be disclosed. This helps keep the draft focused on the actual evidence. Avoid asking for a dramatic transformation when the source material only establishes that a deliverable was completed.
Check the image and words together
Read the caption while viewing the exact image that will appear. Confirm that the text describes something the viewer can reasonably connect to the visual or supporting case study. Remove invented materials, locations or results. If the image is a render or reconstruction, keep that status clear. The assistant can improve the explanation, but it cannot make the image prove more than it shows.
Hypothetical scenario
A hypothetical designer supplies notes about a completed layout and asks for a concise caption. The draft adds an unsupported productivity claim. The designer removes it and keeps the accurate explanation of the circulation change and their own contribution.
Make it practical.
