Use the profile as an index

Tap Tap Go’s connected ecosystem connects identity, portfolio, videos and documents. In a remote discussion, that collection can serve as a reference point rather than a sequence of unrelated browser tabs. Start by showing the resource names and selecting the material relevant to the question. The aim is to make the conversation navigable. A long profile does not need to be read from top to bottom during a call.

Leave the recipient with a usable route back

Mention which resources you opened and provide the relevant public destination after the meeting. Check that the recipient can access the same material without your account or screen sharing. Separate demonstrations from actual customer records and avoid exposing private tabs or notifications. A successful remote walkthrough should leave the other person able to revisit the reasoning independently, rather than remembering only a fast sequence of attractive screens. The platform is a presentation route, not proof that every shown service is available to every viewer.

Imagine this

Hypothetical scenario

In a hypothetical team demonstration, the presenter opens a profile, selects a project story and then a short overview document. The follow-up names those two resources. The recipient can revisit the same content and share the appropriate public information with colleagues who missed the call.

Make it practical.
