Make the feature practical
Tap Tap Go’s corporate lead model can support continuity when several people contribute to the same business conversation. Record whether the action was agreed, proposed or awaiting confirmation. Identify who can approve it and what information remains needed. Use language that a colleague can interpret without hearing the original conversation.
The result to look for
The team should know what it may confidently communicate and what still requires a decision. This protects the customer experience by reducing accidental promises created through overly compressed internal notes. Review the note with the person who made the suggestion when uncertainty remains; a short clarification is better than an accidental customer promise.
A hypothetical scene
A representative suggests a possible demonstration date but has not confirmed the specialist’s availability. The record labels it as proposed, so another colleague does not send the prospect a firm appointment based on an unapproved assumption.
Make it practical.
