How the feature helps
Tap Tap Go’s profile, document and video features can support an event beyond the entrance. Choose a maintained destination and explain how changes will be communicated. Confirm the available editing and link behaviour rather than promising automatic updates across every downloaded file .
The useful outcome
Guests should be able to find the current schedule without comparing several screenshots. The organiser should identify which materials are historical and ensure front-line staff use the same approved information. Keep old schedule images clearly historical when they remain accessible. The current route should be obvious enough that a guest can resolve conflicting versions without contacting several organisers.
A hypothetical scene
A session time changes after the first invitation. The maintained event resource is updated and the organiser communicates the change through its agreed channels, instead of assuming every guest’s saved image will somehow refresh itself.
Make it practical.
