How the feature helps
Tap Tap Go’s experience model brings together events, digital ticketing, NFC check-in and organiser tools. Describe the applicable transfer process and contact route. Keep the person holding a message distinct from the person recognised as entitled to attend .
The useful outcome
The organiser should be able to resolve a proposed substitution before arrival. Do not invent universal transfer rights or claim that possession of a profile card overrides event-specific entitlement conditions. Ask the organiser to confirm the result of a permitted transfer. The guest should know which record is current rather than carrying two versions and hoping the entrance team can interpret them.
A hypothetical scene
An employee cannot attend and wants a colleague to take the place. The organiser’s stated process lets them ask about substitution and receive the correct instructions rather than assuming a forwarded ticket automatically changes the attendee.
Make it practical.
