How the feature helps

Tap Tap Go’s event concept includes NFC check-in, offering a connected way for an organiser to recognise an arrival within the event’s chosen configuration. Identify the organiser-approved alternative and the staff member authorised to use it. Do not promise that every phone or device will support the same interaction .

The useful outcome

The alternative should establish the relevant event entitlement without improvising access from unrelated evidence. A smooth exception process protects the guest experience while preserving the organiser’s actual admission rules. Keep the alternative route near the ordinary reception flow. A technically valid fallback is less useful if the guest must search the venue for the only person authorised to help.

Imagine this

A hypothetical scene

A guest’s device does not complete the intended interaction. The host calmly uses the event’s approved alternative and checks the appropriate record, rather than asking the guest to keep repeating an unsuccessful action in front of a growing queue.

Make it practical.

Use this checklist as you read. Checks are not stored.
