Describe the actual output
State what the customer receives, the relevant format and any important conditions of use or delivery. Avoid using a generic download image as the entire explanation. Confirm that the current storefront and payment arrangement support the intended sale. Do not assume automatic file delivery, account access or licence management unless those capabilities have been established for the actual workflow.
Make fulfilment visible
Explain who provides access, how the customer receives instructions and where to ask for help. Keep the offer name consistent through checkout and delivery. The benefit of the storefront is that a person can discover a useful product through a professional introduction and understand the next action. The business still needs an appropriate fulfilment record; a checkout link alone does not show that the digital item was delivered or that the customer can successfully open it.
A hypothetical scene
A consultant offers a paid planning workbook through a profile. The listing explains the file format and how access is provided after the appropriate confirmation. The customer can judge whether the product is useful without assuming that clicking a payment link immediately completes every part of delivery.
Make it practical.
